Services

Hands-on help, from first workspace to full rollout.

Software alone rarely fixes a messy process. Our services team works alongside yours to shape the workflow, migrate the history, and get every client-facing person confident in the new way of working.

01

Implementation & migration

Move existing projects, files, and client links into Aperture without losing history or pausing delivery.

We map what you run today — tools, folders, naming habits, approval steps — then rebuild it as a repeatable Aperture setup. Existing engagements are migrated in batches so live client work never skips a beat, and your team keeps a clear audit trail of what moved where.

Teams typically finish migration within two to three weeks, with live client work uninterrupted.

What you get

  • Current-state audit of tools and folders
  • Workspace and permission structure
  • Batch migration of live projects
  • Naming and versioning conventions
  • Rollout checklist for the team

02

Studio workflow design

A engagement structure you can run on every project, from two-week sprints to year-long retainers.

We facilitate a short working session with your leads, then turn the outcome into templates: kickoff steps, review loops, approval gates, and wrap-up. The result is one shared playbook your team can open on day one of any engagement.

New engagements start from a template instead of a blank page, cutting setup from days to minutes.

What you get

  • Kickoff, review, and handoff templates
  • Approval and decision records
  • Client-facing view guidelines
  • Roles and permissions model
  • Two-week pilot on a live project

03

Training & enablement

Practical sessions for designers, producers, and the clients who review the work.

Short, role-specific training for the people who actually touch the workspace. Team sessions cover day-to-day work; client sessions show reviewers how to comment, approve, and find files without asking you for a status update.

Most teams are self-sufficient within a month, with a named internal owner for the workspace.

What you get

  • Two live team workshops
  • Recorded walkthrough library
  • Client onboarding guide
  • Internal champion playbook
  • Office hours for the first 30 days

04

Ongoing advisory

A quarterly working session to keep the workspace matched to how your studio actually operates.

Studios change — new service lines, new clients, new people. Quarterly advisory reviews usage, unblocks stuck processes, and tune templates so the workspace keeps pace with the business instead of drifting behind it.

A workspace that keeps matching the way you sell and deliver work, quarter after quarter.

What you get

  • Quarterly usage and adoption review
  • Template and automation tuning
  • Rollout plan for new service lines
  • Priority support channel
  • Workspace health report

Services FAQ

Common questions.

Are services required to use Aperture?

No. The product is designed for self-serve setup. Services exist for studios that want a guided rollout, a complex migration, or an outside eye on their process.

How long does an implementation take?

Most implementations run two to three weeks from kickoff to handover, depending on how much history needs migrating and how many live engagements are in flight.

Can you work with our existing tools?

Yes. We migrate files and project history from common drives and trackers, and we are happy to sit alongside the tools you keep — the goal is a cleaner process, not a forced switch.

Do you offer on-site training?

Remote sessions are the default. On-site workshops are available for team kickoffs on the advisory plan; travel is quoted separately.

What does advisory include?

A quarterly working session, a workspace health report, template tuning, and a priority support channel for your named champions.
