“Buyers finally see one file and one question. Everything else got quieter.”

Art director, Harbor & Co

The challenge

Print proofs bounced between email attachments and a shared folder, with buyers commenting on whatever file was most convenient. Rounds multiplied and press dates slipped.

The approach

We rebuilt proofing as a single round object: one current version, one comment thread, one recorded decision. Buyers received a focused link with only the files relevant to their SKU.

  • One current proof per SKU at any time
  • Buyer view limited to their own products
  • Sign-off recorded against the exact version
  • Print-ready archive on approval

The outcome

Proof rounds dropped by nearly half, and the studio stopped re-uploading files nobody could find. Press dates held because approval was never in doubt.
